Easy Marmalade Muffins


225g Self raising flour

75g castor sugar

5 heaped spoons of Three Fruit Marmalade

150ml milk

50ml grapeseed oil


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius.

Sift flour and sugar into a bowl. Stir 3 tablespoons of marmalade into the milk.

Mix the dry ingredients and the grapeseed oil.

Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.

Warm the remainder  of the marmalade over a low heat.

Brush onto the top of the hot muffins.

Serve with fresh farm butter and grated gouda.

For a different taste sensation use Ruby Grapefruit & Chilli Marmalade !
