Moskonfyt Roly Poly


185 g short crust pastry
240 g moskonfyt
125 ml full cream milk (or half milk half cream)


Preheat the oven to 200 C. Roll out the pastry to a size of 18cm x 33cm.

Pour the Moskonfyt onto the pastry, leaving a 1.5cm margin around the edge.

Roll up the pastry from the short end into a sausage shape. Put the roly poly into an oval shape dish and pour the milk / cream inside it. Make sure that you do this from both sides. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Serve with hot vanilla custard or whipped cream.
